NOTES :
- All samples are tested on Greencon AAC Blocks ( 600L x 200H x 100W )
- All Installation of anchors are in accordance to products’ instruction.
- Recommended load computed by applying safety factor of 5 on the Ultimate Load. It is advicable not to exceed the Recommended Load for on-site applications.
- Drill holes for fixing advice be drilled with standard high speed steel bit without hammer action.
- Drilled holes must be thoroughly cleaned with standard cleaning kit.
- Nail may be used on Greencon AAC Blocks for light duty works such as fixing of hangers and light picture frames. However, Statheros anchors are more durable and safe in long term.
- Suitability of anchors into Greencon AAC Blocks is not limited to the above range. Please contact Supplier for more details.
- Values shown in these tables are based on testing conducted by RFM Construction Products ( M ) Sdn Bhd.
* Test conducted after 15 minutes of installation
* Test AAC Block ( 600L x 200H x 100W ) cracked.
Fixing Steel "L" Bracket Using RamsetTM TrakMaster With RamsetTM Drive Pins.
The steel "L" Bracket is
for block work tie back to column.
